$45 Programming Fee (one time) , for a simple account. For more complex accounts Flat Rate Phone Answering Service will provide customer with a quotation of set-up costs, prior to building an account, and will not begin the creation process until customer agrees to the costs.
ENHANCED PLATFORM’S BILLING
Our billing is based on only the amount of “operator time” utilized. We do not bill on a per call basis. The monthly charge is a cumulative total of operator service time while on your line.

24 HOUR SERVICE
Our service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can call forward your calls to us all the time, after hours, on an as needed basis, or when your phone lines are busy or ring more than a pre-determined amount of times, making sure you always stay in touch with your customers.
PERSONALIZED ACCOUNTS
All of your calls are answered with your personalized answer phrase. Once the operator answers your call, all of your information you have supplied to us is shown on dual computer screens, telling the operator how you want each call handled, and what actions they are to take. We can then follow your escalation process in delivering the calls to you. We also have the ability to access websites, or URL pages, to input data.
FLEXIBILITY
Our customer service representatives can make changes and update your account immediately. Simply fax or email us and let us know exactly what you would like changed. Even if they are last minute changes, we can update your account easily, and accurately.

PRE-OPERATOR ANNOUNCEMENT
- Customized greeting that is played prior to an operator answering your line.
TEXT MESSAGE DELIVERY (SMS)
- Detailed messages can be sent directly to your cell phone, from the answering service, showing the caller’s name, phone number, reason for the call, and date and time.
- Enables the cellular carrier to be almost anywhere and immediately receive detailed messages from the service.
- Receive hard copies of all of your messages.
- Text messages are numbered in sequence.
- Saves time, by not having to call in to check your messages.
Additional features such as automated voice announcements and menuing with operator revert, automated fax on demand and message dispatching to service or sales representatives and detailed call reports are also available through our state-of-the-art messaging system.
All calls taken by our service are not only documented and stored in a data file indefinitely, but are also recorded and stored for 365 days in a voice format. If there is ever a question about a call, how it was handled or about any information that may have been said or confused, a call in question can be located and reviewed within minutes over the telephone. In addition, our immediate message pick-up service lets our clients call in at any time to pick-up new messages or review old messages.
