How Many Calls Can I Use for the $39 per month?A decade’s worth of research into real calling data reveals that the majority of our customers don’t receive more than 100 calls per month through our live phone answering service. We do not outsource to call centers overseas. People often believe that because our costs are so low, that perhaps our operators are based in India, China or the Philippines. NOT SO! All of your callers will be greeted by English-speaking, U.S. citizens, working in a United States call center. You save money because we are efficient, not because of outsourcing.
How Do I Set up the Designated Text Messaging Destination?
We are able to send text messages to your mobile phone with a text messaging email address. Each provider has different requirements, but most offer the texting service as part of your package.
You can quickly view who called and the purpose of their calls within a clearly defined text or email. When urgent matters arise, you can take care of them swiftly.
What if I need to change my Email Address?
Send us an email at help@flatratephoneservice.com with your forwarding number in the subject line. In the body of the email, tell us which email address you want your operator messages to be sent to. You will receive an email confirmation after it’s been accomplished.
How Do I Set Up Call Forwarding?
If you are forwarding from your office phone then follow the instructions provided by your local phone company or phone equipment.
Here are generic instructions for activating simple call forwarding
To Activate:
Press *72.
Enter the phone number where you want calls to be forwarded. (e.g. *72-908-123-4567).
Press SEND and wait for confirmation. You should hear a confirmation tone or a message.
Press END.
To Deactivate:
Press *73.
Press SEND and wait for confirmation. You should hear a confirmation tone or a message.
Press END.
If forwarding from your cell phone – contact your mobile provider for instructions. You might also ask about a feature know as conditional call forwarding, which most carriers offer:
* Call forward if busy – Forward incoming call to another number if you’re on call
* Call forward if not answered – Forward the incoming call to another number if it is not answered for a predefined period of time
* Call forward if not reachable – Forward incoming call to another number if the phone is off or without signal

How Do I Cancel My Service?
Though we will provide with only the highest quality service, if you decide to cancel and no longer wish to be billed please contact us so that we may cancel any future billings. You are not under any term contact beyond the current month.
